Where we began
Conquest began in 2002 as an accounting firm determined to provide superior financial expertise and advice to clients. As we’ve grown over the years, we’ve focused on refining our craft and expanding our team of experts. In addition, we created new branches of Conquest to meet the needs of our clients, which cemented us as one of the top business advisory firms in Victoria. Now, we proudly offer services of advisory, wealth, financial and private sectors, backed by an experienced team committed to client success.
Giving back
Through our hard work and service to clients we’ve been privileged to become a well-established name in the financial industry. We acknowledge that without our community, we wouldn’t be where we are today – so we’re determined to give back. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in accounting, business and corporate finance, Dimitrios provides advice on a range of intricate business needs and transactions. As Managing Partner of Conquest, he is an inspiring leader who acts with integrity, credibility and passion. Dimitrios is a respected philanthropist and is proud to be a director of the Epworth Medical Foundation.
Amanda Fielding

With a close eye on the bigger picture, Amanda focuses on building enduring relationships with her clients. As Associate Director for Conquest, Amanda has over 20 years of experience providing business advisory, taxation, structuring and management consulting services to clients. Her expertise is in structuring businesses and family groups to protect their assets and ensure they are well-managed through robust business and financial processes.
Lauren Gray
PRACTICE MANAGER
After 7 years at Conquest, Lauren understands every facet of the business. She started out as a friendly face at reception, but quickly built up her knowledge, passion and skills. Now working as the Practice Manager, Lauren thoroughly enjoys working closely with Conquest’s clients and fostering lasting relationships with them. Lauren is also an MFAA qualified mortgage broker and utilises her problem-solving and people skills daily at Conquest.
Thomas Yu
MANAGER
Thomas is driven to provide clear strategic planning and valuable advice to his clients. Throughout his 5 years at Conquest, his experience with complex business structures has made him an invaluable part of the team. Thomas is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), and uses his extensive skillset to provide tax compliance and consulting services to a wide range of industries such as cleaning, property development, construction, and hospitality.
